Ean-Uzhichil Therapy or chikitsa

Kalari masters uses edges of their palm, toe, fists, semi - folded fingers, knee, forearm etc for the various applications defined in Ean-uzhichil therapy. Several portions of it is also applied in palm massage therapy and leg massage therapy of Kalarimarma. Application of various areas of hands is used in majority of situations for this therapy, application of legs are used in very rare situations. Its various applications are helpful for proper fixing & strengthening of weak joints, clearing nerve routes, removing toxins found in various wounds etc. It is also helpful for regaining the flexible movements of fingers and also for proper rearrangement of  spinal links. It is effectively used to removes air blocks, joint or nerve blocks in certain cases of emergency or accidents.
