Dhanurasanathirummu of kalariyoga massage is helpful to reduce the excess mass of kalariyoga students, to improve the efficiency of chest and back layers and to improve functional level of vertibrae of backbone and related muscles and nerves. Dhanurasana is one of the very effective asana to maintain the equilibrium from head to toe. Dhanurasanathirummu is provided for a few students of kalari, who may not have enough flexibility to perform dhanurasana. It may be around 2 out of 10 kalariyoga students who needs kalariyoga massage therapy.
