This video is included with five hundred  routes of kalari marma palm massage routes amongst the fifteen hundred palm massage routes. The message therapy is provide in different positions after laying down who is subjected to this therapy and the therapist utilizes different kalariyoga postures to provide massage therapy. Some of them look similar to each other but there are differences in between each of them. The therapist used to follow some selected massage routes according to the body condition of the subjected person. The repetitions of  each massage route is used to be finalized accordingly to the therapy course which may extend up to 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 9 days or 14 days depends on subjected person. The therapist used to apply 96 routes, 140 routes or 180 routes for grown ups and for children or aged persons used to be provided with 24 routes, 42 routes or up to 76 routes. According to the science of kalari marma therapy each and everyone possess differences in their nature of body. So the massage routes will be selected and finalized accordingly to their nature of body. This video will be helpful only for those who would like to understand more about massage therapy, to preserve our traditional knowledge or those who would like to learn it and provide some therapy services. Shri. Antony Gurukkal has been dedicatedly practiced the 24 segments of kalari marma therapy and provided therapy services successfully for lot of people during these period. We can find that perfection will watching these videos.  The kalari marma massage routes can be classified into irattakai uzhichil vazhikal, chadhurdhikku kaiuzhichil vazhikal, kizhi uzhichil vazhikal, kaal uzhichil vazhikal, kkool uzhichil vazhikal, kachathirumu uzhichilvazhikal, dhara vazhikal, lepana vazhikal, kettu vazhikal and kettuvali vazhikal. This video is documented with more than fifteen hundred kaiuzhichil routes. The Kalari marma massage therapy can provide freshness for subjected person and also works as a very effective pain reliever.
